We have various licensing models and versions for one2edit. There is a full range from a comprehensive, scalable enterprise solution to the quantity-oriented ASP-model. We provide solutions that meet your demands, offering you flexible pricing.
Stand-alone
The stand-alone versions of one2edit are exclusive, multi-client capable installations on your own servers at your full control with flexible purchasing, renting or leasing options. Connections to external systems as well as extensive customising is possible.
- The Value Edition is especially suitable for service providers, such as advertising agencies, translation agencies, printers or companies with a moderate number of documents to process. The Value Edition is sized for about 10 to 15 users working parallelly on the system. A performance upgrade is possible anytime.
- The Enterprise Edition is a comprehensive, largely scalable platform suitable for very high numbers of documents and for high availability needs. Extensive customising possibilities guarantee optimum adaptation to your workflow. The Enterprise Edition is especially suitable for large international companies and combines as well as service providers with very high demands. By extending the system with one2edit clusters it is possible to have near to any number of parallelly working users, combined with load balancing and redundancy.
ASP
If using one2edit ASP-based, you have no investment at all. The only costs depend on the size and amount of documents to process. We have certified partners that run their own stand-alone version who provide you with this service.
